Why NexDesk was created
Telegram is where most communities live, but it isn't designed for support. Once a project grows, support quickly turns into chaos: DMs get buried, important issues disappear in chat, multiple staff reply to the same person, and there's no clear record of what's open, solved, or still waiting. Even the best moderators end up firefighting instead of actually managing support.
NexDesk was created to fix that—without forcing teams to adopt a complex helpdesk dashboard that nobody wants to learn. The goal was simple: keep support where your community already is, but add the structure Telegram is missing.
