Creating Your Bot
Learn how to create and configure your NexDesk Helpdesk bot step by step.
Step 1: Create Bot with BotFather
1. Open @BotFather on Telegram
2. Send /newbot command
3. Follow the prompts to name your bot
4. Copy the API token provided
Token format: 123456789:ABCdefGHIjklMNOpqrsTUVwxyz
Step 2: Start Onboarding
1. Open @nexdeskBot on Telegram
2. Send /start command
3. Select a package
4. Follow the onboarding wizard
