HQ Group Setup
Your Staff HQ is a Telegram group with forum topics enabled where your team manages support tickets.
Setting Up Your HQ

Create a new Telegram group or use an existing one

Make sure you're an admin with full permissions

Go to Group Settings → Topics → Enable Topics

Add your NexDesk Helpdesk bot to the group

Grant the bot admin permissions make sure to allow to create topics
Important: Forum topics must be enabled before activation.
Without forum topics, the bot cannot create ticket threads.
