Quick Start Guide
Get your NexDesk Helpdesk bot up and running in under 5 minutes.
Start the Bot
Open @nexdeskBot on Telegram and click createbot button
Choose Package
You can click on the buttons to view the package and click on the button of the package that works best for your needs
BotToken
A response will be sent to you with instructions on how to get your botToken. After you got your bot token, you can copy, paste, and send it in the bot and wait for the response.
Enter Support Group Id
Click on /support_group_id and enter your private telegram supergroup group_id
Support Style
Select if you need Brand style or Mod Style
Project Name
You can use your Project Name like "NexDesk Support" this is used to show to your users.
Select Category
Select a category template (Crypto/Web3, SaaS, etc.)
Pay & Activate
Send /payment, pay with USDT/USDC, submit TX hash. Make sure to click on the given wallet address in the response and double check before you send the payment.
