Responding to Tickets
Learn how to respond to support tickets in your Staff HQ.
How to Respond
1. Open the Ticket Topic
Click on the ticket topic in your HQ forum. You'll see the user's message and ticket information.
2. Type Your Response
Simply type your message in the topic. Any message sent by staff will be forwarded to the user.
3. Send Media if Needed
You can send images, documents, videos, and other media. They will be forwarded to the user.
Tip: In Brand mode, your personal name won't be shown to users.
In Mod mode, your Telegram name will be visible.
