Check that your bot is activated and the HQ group has forum topics enabled. Try running /status in your HQ.
Tickets aren't creating topics
Ensure forum topics are enabled in your HQ group settings and the bot has admin permissions.
Messages aren't forwarding
Verify the bot has message permissions in your HQ. Check if the ticket topic still exists.
How do I update my bot token?
Contact support to update your bot token. This may be needed if you regenerate the token with BotFather.
