Forum Ticketing
NexDesk Helpdesk uses Telegram's forum topics to create organized ticket threads.
How It Works
1. User Starts Conversation
When a user messages your support bot, they see category selection buttons. After selecting a category, a new forum topic is automatically created in your HQ.
2. Topic Created in HQ
Each ticket gets its own topic with the ticket number and username. Example: "Ticket #001 — @cryptouser"
3. Staff Responds
Any staff member can reply in the topic. Messages are forwarded to the user based on your selected support style (Brand or Mod mode).
4. Ticket Resolution
Use ticket controls to mark resolved, delete, or auto-close inactive tickets. The user can start a new conversation anytime.
